2016 marks the 30th year that M&M Properties have been successfully selling and letting properties.
To commemorate, we are going to be running special offers and events throughout the year both within the branch, on Facebook and at local shows, we’ll also be running competitions at schools and supporting local charities.
As a way to kick off the year, we’ve been offering the first 30 vendors an additional 30% off our already competitive sales fees and with no VAT to pay our vendors are saving hundreds of pounds over other agents. There are still some spaces available on this offer so if you are thinking of selling there has never been a better time to arrange a free valuation!
In the community, we’ve teamed up with a number of local schools to participate in an Easter colouring competition! Details of this competition will be going up on our Facebook page in the near future with some great prizes for the children to win!
This summer we’ll also be turning up to support a local charity at the Flitwick Carnival on 11th June and the Flitwick Classic Car show on 7th August. If you’re around why not pop by for a chat or have a go on our stall for a good cause?
