Maulden is located east of Ampthill and is approximately 3 miles from Flitwick, providing excellent transport links.
A direct link to the M1 motorway is accessible via the A507 and Flitwick provides direct rail links to London. St Pancras International can be reached in as little as 40 minutes & Luton Airport Parkway in 20 minutes.
Maulden is well located with a wealth of amenities both in the village and in neighboring towns.

The local village shop, currently occupied by the co-op provides everyday food shopping requirements. It is well stocked and centrally located within Maulden.

The primary school, located within the village is Maulden Lower School for ages 4 to 9. For Middle School and Upper School, children go to the nearby Ampthill, Alameda Middle and Redborne School.
Maulden has two churches, Maulden Baptist Church and the parish church St Mary the Virgin.
